DELIVERY, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Delivery and Postal Charges
If you place your order before 2.00pm on a week day or 11.00am on a weekend your order will be dispatched the same day. Rest assured your parcel is sent with no mention of our company name on the outside. All parcels are dispatched in discreet packaging.
We use Royal Mail for all our postal options. All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or the desired option you have chosen. If you are purchasing outside of the UK once your parcel leaves UK shores it is handed to the postal service of your specific country.
UK – Please allow up to 1-2 days
European Community – Please allow up to 7 Working Days
USA and Canada – Please allow up to 5-12 Working Days.
Rest of World – Please allow up to 2 weeks.
UK Royal Mail 1st Class – £1.95 for orders under £20.00 (there is no charge for orders over this amount)
UK Signed for Service £3.95
European Airmail – £5.00
Rest of World Air Mail – £7.50
RETURNS – EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Returning an item to us could not be easier. We accept returns 365 days of the year from the date you purchased. The only stipulation for a return is that you item it is in the original packaging, unopened and unworn. Unworn Items are not accepted as returns due to hygiene reasons (other than if your item is faulty)
When returning your item of hosiery we advise you obtain proof of postage from Royal Mail as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
How To Return your Item to Stockings Pro
In the first instance please email us with your reason for your return. We will then issue you with your unique returns reference number which will speed up your returns process and enable us to replace or refund you.
Please make sure that all returns have your invoice number and contact details on all correspondence. Please also state the reason for your return.

Once we have received your returned item we will then issue you a refund or exchange. Stockings Pro aims to process all returned items within 2 working days of receipt. We will notify you via email and inform you of when your refund has been issued.
Items returned for an exchange – we will notify you once we have received your return and dispatch your replacement within 2 working days. On occasion your exchange may be out of stock, if this is the case we will email you and enquire as to whether you wish to wait until it is back in stock again or wish to receive a refund. If your item is discontinued we will automatically issue you a refund.
Postal Charges Refund
Your refund will only be for the full cost of your item. Any exchange will also be for the same value amount as the original item ordered.
As of June 13th 2014 the EU Directive states any customer from within the UK and EU that returns an item for refund is also eligible for their delivery cost refunded. If you choose an express delivery option for you return you will only be eligible for the same amount of refunded postal charges which you initially paid. If your item(s) was free postage there will be no refund for postal charges.
Exchanges – we do not charge postal costs for exchanged items.
